MIGHTY FINE BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. milk

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt together. With a fork, blend in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in milk until well blended. Drop biscuit-size spoonfuls of dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot! (For a change, make cheese biscuits by adding 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese to the batter.)
