SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 c. bread crumbs
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. hot water

Combine crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, onion, hamburger, egg and salt. Make balls and brown in butter. Remove balls and place in casserole dish. Add flour to pan and stir. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water (1 cup). Add to butter and flour mixture. Add remaining milk. Pour over balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
