MIMI'S SUPER-FINE HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground, fat trimmed ham
1 lb. fat trimmed lean pork
2 eggs
1/2 c. stewed, canned tomatoes
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

BASTING SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix and bring to a boil. Baste loaf every 15 minutes while baking.
