RABBIT JELLO 
6 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
3 c. shredded or grated carrots
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water, stir well, add shredded carrots. Add whole can of pineapple with the juice, add chopped nuts. Mix, refrigerate when starting to set, stir again so that nuts don't settle to bottom.
