MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
2 pkgs. vanilla tapioca pudding
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drain and save the juice
1 sm. can tidbit pineapple, save juice
Maraschino cherries and flaked coconut, in whatever amount you wish

Mix the puddings (dry) in pan. Add enough water to juices to make 3 cups. Add to pudding. Mix and cook until thick. While still hot, add marshmallows. Cool and add fruits and coconut. Chill.
