SPICY, SAUCY CHICKEN 
1 whole fryer or desired chicken parts
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. vegetable or sunflower oil
5 chili peppers

SAUCE:

2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1/3 c. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. red and green peppers
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 med. onion
1 med. carrot

Cut up and wash chicken or chicken parts. Season chicken with seasoned salt, garlic and black pepper. Place seasoned chicken into hot oil and let brown on both sides over a medium to high heat. Drain excess oil from chicken onto a paper towel.

Prepare sauce in bowl by adding all ingredients, stir and cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. Cut carrot, green and red peppers into strips. Pour sauce from bowl over chicken you have placed in a fairly deep Pyrex dish. Mix well remaining ingredients using chili pepper as garnish. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
