1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. honey
5 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped

Topping:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. carnation

Mix all the ingredients for the cake together and bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes.

Mix all ingredients for the topping together in a saucepan and boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over the baked cake.
