ISLAND BEEF TERIYAKI | |
Terrific for parties or main dishes. lean beef, sliced thinly across diagonal MARINADE: soy sauce brown sugar garlic powder lemon juice In a Ziploc style plastic bag or marinade container, cover beef with soy sauce. Add liberal amounts of brown sugar and small amounts of garlic powder and lemon juice. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate. Remove beef and reserve marinade. Skewer beef strips and broil until crispy, basting now and then with marinade. Note: Always tastes the same no matter how much of each ingredient used! Submitted by: Eileen |
