4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
18 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. mini marshmallows
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar and milk together in pan, boil 6 minutes (high altitude 7 minutes). Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 9"x13" or larger pan. Let set.
