COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. shortening
12 oz. jar chili sauce
10 oz. jar grape jelly

Mix first 9 ingredients together, gently. Shape into balls. Brown balls in shortening. Drain on paper towel. Heat chili sauce and jelly in large container, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until coated. Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes.

Tastes like BBQ meatballs.

Balls, after being made, may be dropped into a pot of boiling water and cooked instead of shortening. Then add to jelly.
