CHILI COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 tbsp. bread crumbs

Mix all together and form into bite sized balls.

Mix together in Dutch oven or large frying pan: 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Heat until melted and bubbling. Add meat balls and simmer 1 hour. (Do not brown meat balls first as they will brown nicely in sauce.)

The meat balls can be made in advance and frozen. Just remove from freezer and thaw before placing in sauce.
