2 lg. chicken breasts, deboned
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Sizzlelean (beef)
Pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste

Spray baking dish with shortening spray. Lay 1 large chicken breast in baking dish. Arrange Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese in center. Take remaining chicken breast and wrap around to seal edges. Wrap entire chicken in Sizzlelean. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on size of chicken breast. Cool for about 15 minutes. Slice and serve.

Use Alpine Lace cheeses and this can be a lowfat meal.
