SPICY CHICKEN CUTLETS 
2 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper (opt.)
1/4 to 1/3 c. flour (wheat)
1 to 1 1/2 c. packaged unseasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs (egg beaters)
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/4 c. vegetable oil (olive oil)

Pound chicken breasts between wax paper, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place flour and crumbs on separate sheets of paper. In pie plate, beat eggs with oregano, coriander, cumin, cloves and garlic.
