1 - 2 bags fresh spinach
Bacon, crisped to taste
Mushrooms
Hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Wash spinach. Place in large bowl. Add mushrooms and eggs. Add bacon just before serving. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing, mix and add all together. To make for a large group, I will use my punch bowl as a salad bowl. It is bigger than any of my bowls.
