1 bag spinach, washed
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
6 slices bacon, fried until crisp, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan salad dressing
Parmesan cheese - sprinkle on top
Chopped onion

Add all ingredients to spinach in large salad bowl. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
