SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and crisped
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

Mix together:

1 c. salad oil
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
Fresh ground pepper to taste
2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
2 cloves crushed garlic

Mix eggs, bacon and spinach in bowl. Dressing may be served separately or mixed with salad before serving.
