QUICK PIGS IN A BLANKET 
1 sm. head of cabbage
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Chop cabbage into medium pieces. Spread on bottom of greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Brown meat and onions in large skillet, breaking up meat with a large spoon as it cooks. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage. In a small saucepan, heat soup and water to boiling. Pour over all ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven. Fluff lightly with fork before serving. Makes 4 servings.
