QUICK PIGS IN THE BLANKET 
1 sm. cabbage
2-3 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. minute rice = 1 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. grated Italian cheese

Chop cabbage. Spread in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Brown meat and onions in skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in rice (cooked), salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage. Heat soup and water. Pour over ingredients and sprinkle with cheese. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
