CRAB SALAD 
4 c. cooked diced white potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1/4 green pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 c. crab meat, cut into small pieces
3/4 c. diced sweet pickles
1/2 c. celery
3/4 c. mayonnaise mixed with 1/4 c. sweet pickle vinegar, 1/8 tsp. black pepper and 3/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients in a large bowl to allow for good mixing. Arrange lettuce leaves around sides of serving tray and pour salad in the middle. Serve chilled.
