STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pt. frozen strawberries, slightly thawed, pureed in blender
1 pt. good vanilla ice cream (not ice milk)
Whipped cream or topping
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cream, mix well, may use hands to blend. Refrigerate until nearly set. Stir often. Add berries. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate until set. Top with whipped cream.
