SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
macaroni
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. shrimp (medium)
1/2 lb. bay scallops
1/4 lb. crabmeat

Prepare macaroni. Cook shrimp; cook scallops. Layer the bottom of dish with macaroni, layer of shrimp, layer of crabmeat, layer of Mozzarella cheese, layer of macaroni, shrimp, scallops, crab and cheese. Re-layer until dish is full and ingredients are used up. Layer cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
