CLUB CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Make into a gravy. In a large pan, mix together:

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 c. boiled chicken, diced
1/4 c. chopped green peppers

Pour into the gravy and mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
