BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 1/2 qts. ketchup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. red ground pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. red hot sauce

Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Makes 2 quarts. Keep refrigerated.
