4 tbsp. minced onions
1 c. tomato puree
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1 slice lemon
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash ground cloves
Dash sage

Combine ingredients in order listed. Heat to boiling. Add sugar to taste.
