OKLAHOMA BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 gallon catsup
22 oz. sour wine, vinegar, or lemon juice
1 lb. finely chopped jalapenos or cayenne pepper
2 1/2 lb. brown sugar
15 finely chopped garlic cloves
10 oz. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. dry mustard
10 med. onions
3 ground cinnamon sticks

Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Enough for 250 people.
