HAMBURGER STROGANOFF | |
Approximately 1 1/2-2 pounds hamburger, browned and crumbled (I use a potato masher to crumble meat while it's frying). Use large skillet or Dutch oven. After meat is browned, drain fat. Add - 1 large yellow onion, chopped fine. Saute in pan with meat until transparent. 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced or pieces) 1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup Mix all ingredients thoroughly over medium heat. Add 1 1/2 cups sour cream and stir in gently. Serve over rice or noodles. |
