QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, tenderized
1 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cooked white rice or noodles

Cut meat in 1/4 inch strips. Brown in hot oil. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is crisp-tender. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
