SIMPLE SAVORY FISH BAKE 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix
1 pkg. or 1 can asparagus spears
Paprika
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings

Thaw fillets to separate. Heat oven to 475 degrees. Arrange fish in ungreased 7x11 inch baking dish. Leave space in center, season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.

Prepare sauce as package directs. Remove fish from oven. Place cooked asparagus in center of dish. Pour sauce on asparagus. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake another 5 minutes. Sprinkle on onion rings. Bake 2 minutes longer. 3 or 4 servings.
