SHERRY KETCHUP BAKED FISH 
2 lbs. filets, bass or other white-fleshed fish
1 med. onion, sliced thin
14 oz. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lemon, sliced thin
1/2 c. sherry
Season to taste

Place fish in oven proof platter or shallow baking dish, season. Arrange onion and lemon slices on top. Mix ketchup, sherry and butter, pour over fish. Bake in 375 degree oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until fish flakes. Serves 5 to 6.
