MARSHALLOW MARSHMALLOW | |
1 egg 1/2 cup milk 5 bags marshmallows 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup sugar 4 teaspoons vanilla extract Melt marshmallow in the microwave for 20-15 minutes (in plastic bowl). Stir in egg, mixing to a cake mix like texture. Add baking soda, milk and sugar, stirring well; add vanilla extract. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. When done, make one layer by pouring a little of the mixture onto a pan with foil. Place in preheated 450°F degree oven and bake for 20-40 minutes. This makes a 3-4 inch cake made of marshmallow. You can use melted chocolate and use it as an icing for cake. But you will need 7 bars of chocolate. Submitted by: Diamond Cooper |
