CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW COOKIES 
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
Marshmallows

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
5 tsp. cocoa
3 tsp. butter
4 tsp. light cream or milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Set aside. Mix flour, soda, salt and cocoa, set aside. Cream egg, sugar and butter. Add milk mix and flour mix alternately to creamed sugar. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Place half of marshmallow on top. Bake 2 minutes. Ice if desired when cool.

ICING: Mix icing ingredients together.
