CHOCOLATE FONDUE | |
1 lb. chocolate (12 candy bars or bag of chocolate chips) 1 c. sour cream 1 c. half & half Break candy into pieces and put them into a casserole dish. Add sour cream and half and half. Stir until all chocolate is coated. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir until all lumps are gone and mixture is completely blended. Microwave on High 1 minute. Blend again. Dip until your heart is content (see suggestions below). Refrigerate any leftovers and much any time you like (it will not harden). DIPPERS: Mini marshmallows Maraschino cherries Mandarin oranges Banana Nuts Mini pretzels Raisins Graham crackers Apples Animal cookies Pound cake Pineapple Angel food cake Strawberries |
