TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 c. turkey, diced & roasted
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 can water
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked & cut

Saute onion and turkey in butter. Add soup, water, sherry, cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, pepper and marjoram. Simmer until cheese is melted. Pour over spaghetti in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Heat at 350 degrees until completely heated. Serves 4.
