TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1/2 stick butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) pimento, drained and chopped
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
4 c. cooked turkey, cubed
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
8 oz. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese, shredded

Make a white sauce of the butter, flour and milk. Add mushrooms and mushroom soup, garlic powder, pimiento, green pepper, turkey and drained spaghetti. Add salt to taste. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish; top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This may be frozen; add 1/2 hour to baking time if frozen. Serves 8.
