CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
6 boneless chicken breasts (cooked) or cooked turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
7 oz. thin spaghetti
Whole mushrooms (cut up canned mushrooms)
Salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes
Diced onion to taste

Mix together in saucepan, soup, sour cream and milk. Add salt, pepper, parsley flakes, onion, mushrooms and 1 ounce cheese. Cut up chicken or turkey and stir into sauce, simmer.

Cook spaghetti and drain. Grease 9 x 9 inch baking pan or casserole. Put spaghetti in dish, stir in 1 ounce cheese. Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle last 1 ounce cheese on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
