FISH ROLL UPS 
6 flounder fillets
6 slices American cheese
Paprika
Garlic powder
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. sherry

Season fillets with paprika and garlic powder. Place 1 slice American cheese on each fillet. Roll fish and secure with toothpick. Grease bottom of baking dish and place fillets in about 25 to 30 minutes in a moderate oven, or until fish flakes.

Makes six roll ups.

You can use small fillets and put in shells and bake about 15 minutes and use for first course.
