MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. milk
4 slices bread
1 med. onion
1 green pepper (opt.)
Salt & pepper to taste

Soak bread in milk, dice onion and pepper, mix, roll into balls, brown in skillet, put in pan with sweet sour sauce, cover and cook in oven or simmer on top of the stove for 1 hour.

SWEET SOUR SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
2 c. water
6 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire (opt.)

Mix and heat, add meatballs. These can be made ahead and stored in the freezer for later use. Thaw and heat.
