BLACK BOTTOM CUP CAKES 
1 c. (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine in a mixing bowl. Beat well. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix: 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt

Add to dry ingredients. 1/3 c. cooking oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until well combined. Fill 24 paper-lined muffin cups each 1/3 full with chocolate batter. Top each with a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Add 1/2 teaspoon chocolate chips and 1/2 teaspoon chopped nuts to top of each filled muffin cup. Be careful not to over fill chocolate batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
