PEACH COBBLER | |
1 large can freestone peaches, drained 5 slices Ironkids bread (trim edges and cut each slice into 5 strips) 1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/8 tsp. almond flavoring (optional) Cut up peaches and put into bottom of casserole dish. Place bread evenly on top of peaches. Mix other ingredients and pour evenly over bread. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream. |
