GOYUMBKI (PIGS IN BLANKET) 
Cut out core of cabbage. Cover and boil in water. Peel off leaves. Mix 1 lb. hamburger and 1 onion, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, parsley flakes, 1 cup rice, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 egg together.

Roll hamburger mixture in each cabbage leaf. Fold ends in. Combine 1/2 can water, 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can tomato soup. Pour over. Cook covered 2 to 3 hours or until tender at 300 degrees.
