PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
TOPPING:

1/4 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. yellow cake mix

For topping, mix together butter, sugar and 1 cup cake mix until crumbly. Set aside.

BOTTOM LAYER:

Remainder of cake mix
1/2 stick butter
1 beaten egg

For bottom layer, mix together remaining cake mix, egg, and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan.

MIDDLE LAYER:

3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

For middle layer, mix well, eggs, pumpkin, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bottom layer.

Sprinkle topping over pumpkin mixture. Then sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
