PUMPKIN PIE CAKE | |
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 2 tsp. cinnamon Blend pumpkin pie mix, milk, eggs, and sugar; pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix over pumpkin mixture and gently pat down. Sprinkle nuts over cake. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
