CREOLE FRANK BAKE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
16 oz. pkg. wieners, cut into 1/2" slices
1 3/4 c. whole kernel corn
10 3/4 oz. condensed tomato soup
1 c. or (4 oz.) cubed American cheese
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk or country style biscuits

Preheat oven to 37 degrees. In large frying pan, saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Stir in weiners, corn, soup and cheese. Heat until hot and bubbly. Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Separate biscuits dough into 10 biscuits; arrange over hot weiner mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes until biscuits are brown. 5-6 servings.
