BEEF AND BEAN BAR-B-Q BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (16 oz.) pork and beans
1/2 c. Bar-B-Q sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 can (8 oz.) Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet brown meat and drain. Add pork and beans, Bar-B-Q sauce, onion and salt. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in 1/2 of cheese. Pour into 2 quart baking dish.

Cut biscuits in half. Place cut side down around edge of casserole. Bake 20 minutes. Top with rest of cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
