SWISS BLISS 
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 env. onion soup mix
1 med. can mushrooms
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 lb. can tomatoes, drained and chopped (save the juice)
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. juice from canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 lb. chuck steak (1 inch thick)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spread the center of a piece of aluminum foil with butter. Cut steak into serving portions and arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each portion. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes. Season.

Mix juice, A-1 sauce and cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Bring foil up over and double. Fold edges to seal tightly. Bake for 2 hours.
