SUNSHINE BRUSSEL SPROUTS 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen brussel sprouts
2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. half and half
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt

Place brussel sprouts and water in 2 quart casserole; cover. Microwave at high 8 to 10 minutes stirring after 1/2 the cooking time. Drain and set aside.

Place onion and butter in 2-cup measure. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes. Blend in remaining ingredients. Reduce power to medium-high microwave until thickened, 30 seconds to 2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds. Pour over brussels sprouts. Microwave on high until heated through, 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
