BRUSSEL SPROUTS PARMESAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen brussel sprouts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook brussel sprouts according to directions. Melt butter in skillet. Add cornflake crumbs and cook over low heat until crumbs are golden brown. Stir in cheese. Drain sprouts and add to crumb mixture. Toss well. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
