OVEN BEEF 
2 lbs. lean beef cubes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. wine (Vin Rose)

Put all ingredients together in casserole dish and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve over noodles or rice.
