OATMEAL CRUNCH CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 c. oatmeal
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Cream shortening, white and brown sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Add oatmeal. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and raisins. Drop from teaspoon 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
