CHOCOLATE CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. crispy rice cereal

Combine cake mix, egg and butter. Add cereal; stir until blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Dip a fork in flour and flatten cookies in a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool slightly; remove to wire racks to cool. Yields 4 dozen.
